ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF ORGANIC NLO CRYSTALS USING THIOSEMICARBAZONE DERIVATIVE

Thiosemiccarbozones are having enormous medicine applications due to the presence of hetero atom nitrogen and sulfur in its molecular structure. The carbonyl compounds also largest clinical cure many diseases. We merged these two classes organic their substitution by solution growth techniques crystal tested as antibiotic against few fastidious non gram +ve –ve organisms. Ortho substituted para Meta benzaldehydes were with thiosemicarbazone prepared. Thiosemicarbazone (2-chlorophenyl) methylideneamino thiourea, when compared linear optical material, NLO have high medicinal application since it is photo dynamic therapeutically more active, proved early researches mentioned experimental part. These one against. Streptococcus Aureus, following method was adopted find out antimicrobial activity. MTT assay colorimetric method, Cell viability percentage calculation Half inhibitory maximum (IC50) method. Agar disc diffusion Inhibition zone width agar EUCAST NCCLS database analysis compare MIC inhibition existing above said organism, Graphpad prism software used absolute, relative IC50 value hill slope value, ECOF finder epidemiology cutoff WHONET 5.6 resistant, susceptible or intermediate nature commercially antibiotics. Size structure newly designed antibiotics KEYWORDS: Assay, Viability, IC 50, Dis Diffusion, Graph pad ,EcoF Finder, EUCAST,NCCLS.
